Michelle Hooper is leaving Searchlight Pictures as EVP of marketing after two decades with the company. Since joining in 2006, Hooper’s work on publicity, awards and creative marketing helped earn the studio nearly 200 Oscar nominations and more than 130 Golden Globe nominations.
