1. The Service
1News is a news aggregator that surfaces headlines, AI-generated summaries, and images from public RSS feeds across many publishers, countries, and languages. The Service is provided free of charge.
2. Third-party content
Articles, headlines, and images belong to their respective publishers. 1News links to the original source and does not claim ownership of third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content originating from third parties.
3. AI summaries
Summaries are generated automatically and provided for convenience only. They may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as a substitute for the original reporting. Always consult the source article for the full and authoritative version.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, scrape it at scale, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
5. Donations
Support contributions are voluntary and processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, donations are non-refundable. Donating does not create any subscription, account, or entitlement to features.
