STRICTLY Come Dancing's Amy Dowden today admitted that her "risky routine" with Chris Appleton has left her with four nasty injuries. The duo have been busy getting ready for the first live show this weekend, but pro dancer Amy, 36, has been left with a painful bum during rehearsals.
