THE British Horseracing Authority have confirmed a number of changes to the upcoming jumps racing programme caused by the weather. The Welsh Racing Festival at Chepstow from Friday October 9 to Sunday October 11, and Hereford on Tuesday October 13, will become all-Hurdle cards.
