A CELEB plastic surgeon who was shot dead in his Marbella clinic may have been executed by a hitman hired by a disgruntled ex-client, police say. Supercharged BBL specialist Dr Alexander Aslani, 57, died after being shot several times in the head on Wednesday afternoon.
