Zoom Communications, Inc.がZoom Virtual Agent向けの新機能を発表。Agent Architect、Agent Performance Suite、Quality Management、顧客コンテキストレイヤー強化に加え、Zoom Virtual Agent Receptionistの単体提供を7月9日に開始した。価格は100分プラン月額4,739円、年間契約は月額3,950円だ。
