A Kansas woman who claimed she agreed to buy her cousin's house and five acres of land in 2020 has won a property dispute after he received a $150,000 offer from another buyer. Tiffany Miller had taken over mortgage payments and made extensive repairs, but her cousin denied agreeing to sell.
