Woman who took part in £54m benefits scam now on Universal Credit after leaving prison – and she’s only paid back £18k

A WOMAN who took part in a £54million benefit scam is living free on Universal Credit — despite having paid back just £18,000. Tsvetka Todorova, 54, was in a gang which made thousands of false claims. The five Bulgarians spent the money on luxury cars, designer clothes and flashy watches.
