TfL’s bailiffs are chasing me for a stranger’s unpaid Ulez fines

Now TFL is threatening to seize goods for four penalties for a car I’ve never owned Bailiffs turned up at my home to seize goods over four unpaid Ulez fines issued by Transport for London (TfL) that have nothing to do with me.
