Elitecon International shares reached its 5% upper circuit on October 7 after announcing a board meeting for October 12 to discuss a fundraising proposal. The company recorded substantial growth in FY26, with net profit increasing to ₹185.06 crore and revenue surging to ₹5,074.80 crore.
