Mother tried to protect daughter's property rights in 1987; 39 years later, court rules against her

A property transfer made by a Queens mother in 1987 led to a legal dispute nearly four decades later. Mary Mangiaracina had tried to secure lifetime rights to the Ridgewood property for herself and her daughter.
