AN INQUIRY has been launched after locals expressed their outrage over plans for a "lorry fleet" to operate from a giant warehouse complex nearby. More than 130 residents have lodged complaints against Whistl's bid to use the controversial Astley Business Park warehouses in Tylesdley, Manchester.
