AssetGro Fintech is gearing up to file its draft IPO documents with Sebi by the end of September. With expectations to raise between ₹2,000 and ₹2,500 crore, the IPO will feature a fresh issue of around ₹800 crore. The remainder will consist of an offer for sale by current shareholders.
