Netanyahu to speak at UN later this month after Mamdani threatened his arrest, Israeli diplomat says

Netanyahu is scheduled to arrive in New York late on Sept. 23, address the U.N. General Assembly the afternoon of Sept. 24 and fly back to Israel that night.
