Inmates have boasted of living the high-life as they chomp on McDonald’s burgers and appear to smoke a joint at one of Britain’s highest-security jails. The lags are also seen with illicit mobiles and Sim cards while one took a picture in his cell at Category A HMP Belmarsh as he watched Netflix.
