Stéphane Séjourné, vice-président exécutif de la Commission européenne, a défendu, lundi 19 octobre au Congrès calédonien, un partenariat stratégique avec l'Union européenne concernant la filière nickel. Les indépendantistes, qui s'y opposent, ont boycotté la séance.
