Moment woman admits to using her 75-year-old father's blue badge to go shopping in London... then tries to claim she's about to pick him up

The driver was filmed returning to her black Mercedes which was parked on Windsor Road in Ealing at around 2.30pm on August 31 to find she had been given a parking ticket.
