New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-N.Y.) criticized rapper Nicki Minaj on Wednesday, saying President Trump's rallies were “poisoning” the artist’s mind. “Maybe she oughta get outside and get offline a little more,” Hochul told reporters.
