Erin and Chris Amerman acquired a 210-acre farm in 2015 and established Critter Creek Farm Sanctuary. They expanded their efforts to include a 200-acre ranch named Critter Hills in 2019. The sanctuary now shelters over 180 cows along with various other animals requiring care.
