Katie Price on This Morning in July Katie Price has confirmed that she intends to divorce her husband of around eight months, Lee Andrews. The former couple surprised the world back in January when she announced that she and Lee had wed in Dubai, where he lives, just days after meeting, having first connected on social media. Since then, they’ve not exactly had the smoothest ride, with reports emerging at the beginning of September claiming that Katie had called time on her marriage. Having first chosen not to speak publicly about the speculation, she announced that the rumours were true during an interview on Wednesday’s edition of Good Morning Britain. During the interview, a pre-recorded voice message from Lee – who is currently being detained in Dubai – in which he disputed claims that had been made about his finances, before conceding that while he would “never stop loving” the former Celebrity Big Brother winner, a divorce was “probably the best thing”. View this post on Instagram She previously alluded to the rumours on her YouTube channel, telling viewers: “I know a lot of you are listening for the Lee updates, and when I am ready I will of course share with you guys first.” Earlier this week, it was spotted that she’d removed Lee’s name from her Instagram bio, further fuelling the speculation that the two had ended their relationship. Katie has been married three times previously. Her first marriage was to first to Mysterious Girl singer Peter Andre, who she met on the third season of I’m A Celebrity and with whom she shares two children, 21-year-old Junior and 19-year-old Princess. The reality star later tied the knot with cage fighter Alex Reid and former stripper Kieran Hayler, later having two more children, 13-year-old Jett and 12-year-old Bunny, with the latter. She is also a mum to 24-year-old son, Harvey, from a previous relationship with footballer Dwight Yorke.
