'Dog owner', 55, charged with manslaughter after man, 55, died from 'being bitten by German Shepherd on footpath'

Lee Ellis, 55, of Wakefield, has been charged with manslaughter and being the owner or person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury resulting in death.
