A PUNISHING holiday tax risks turning London into a tourism “ghost town”, a senior Tory says. It could jeopardise the capital’s economic success if implemented by the Labour mayor Sadiq Khan. The warning comes from Tory mayoral hopeful Sir James Cleverly after he put himself forward for the job.
