Gov. Pritzker says November veto session could be key to keeping Chicago Bears in Illinois

Sources told ABC7 that state lawmakers are looking at a possible plan that would have a new Bears stadium in Illinois be publicly owned by a stadium authority. That would mean no property taxes for the Bears.
