Sgt. Joel Dejesus, 37 – who joined the ranks in 2012 – turned himself into the Bronx District Attorney’s Office Thursday morning to face charges of computer trespass, official misconduct and unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, prosecutors and sources said.
