JEREMY Clarkson has said his life-long pal Sir Ranulph Fiennes shouldn’t be in a care home and the idea fills him with “despair”. The 82-year-old world famous explorer has not been seen in public for two years and reportedly even his actor cousin Joseph Fiennes had to sneak secretly in to see him.
