Tamera Mowry-Housley is checking into Season 2 of the “Scrubs” reboot. The “Sister, Sister” and “Twitches” star has boarded the ABC sitcom as a guest star. She will play Dr. Steffie, a pediatric doctor who tries to persuade Tosh (Ava Bunn) to choose peds as her specialty.
