Recent heavy snowfall in the high Himalayan region of Adi Kailash resulted in significant traffic jams for tourists. Vehicles were caught in congested routes with queues extending 1.5 to 2 km over the weekend. The Border Roads Organisation is currently working to clear roads and restore movement.
