Ansar Shaikh made headlines as India's youngest IAS officer at the remarkable age of twenty-one, successfully passing the UPSC Civil Services Examination in his maiden try. Coming from a humble background with his father as an autorickshaw driver and his mother a laborer, Ansar committed twelve hours daily for three years to study. Today, he serves the community as the Additional District Magistrate in Malda, West Bengal.
