Green dot or red? What the new labeling means for your everyday toiletries as Centre amends Legal Metrology Rules

Consumers will now be able to identify whether soaps, shampoos, toothpaste and other toiletries are vegetarian or non-vegetarian through mandatory symbols. Green will indicate vegetarian products, while red or brown will mark non-vegetarian products.
