The San Diego Padres were so close to tying the NLDS against the Milwaukee Brewers, as closer Mason Miller brought Milwaukee to their final out of the night on Sunday in Game 2 with the Padres up by one, 3-2. Alas, pitching two innings seemed to reduce Miller’s effectiveness drastically.
