Pair who 'cynically abused' the healthcare system by selling more than 2,000 fake Covid-19 'passports' during the pandemic are jailed

Waqas Hanif, pictured, and Touqir Nasir were linked to over 2,000 bogus records created in 2021 that put the public at risk by allowing unvaccinated individuals to travel abroad or meet in groups.
