ACLU, Common Cause file motion against DOJ over Alaska election certification block

Nonprofit watchdog group Common Cause, represented by attorneys from American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), has filed a motion to intervene in the Justice Department’s lawsuit over Alaska’s Senate election.
