Two horse riders die within hours of each other at separate British competitions

Sophie Fouracre, 34, was fatally injured in a cross-country accident at Swalcliffe Park in Oxfordshire. Shortly afterwards, Kerry Donoghue, 42, died in another event in Cumbria.
