Sonu Nigam has sold his 3,082 sq ft commercial property in Mumbai’s BKC for Rs 18 crore. The singer had purchased the space for Rs 14.30 crore in November 2023, earning a gross profit of Rs 3.70 crore. The deal, registered on September 4, also includes two car parking spaces and a Rs 1.08 crore stamp duty.
