Staten Island bucks Dems’ blue tsunami, rejects ‘one-party rule’ with re-election of Nicole Malliotakis

Unlike the rest of NYC and much of the US, Staten Island Republican candidates survived Election Day’s Blue Tsunami where the GOP not only lost control of the House and Senate but locally saw Dems widen their control of the state Legislature.
