TWO men who funded their lavish lifestyle through a multi-million teeth whitening scam have been jailed. Ian Barnes, 53, and Alastair Ramage, 44, stole more than £8.5million in taxpayers cash to fund jet-ski holidays and a luxury goods, including a £16,000 baseball cap.
