Inspired by the monsoon, Burma Burma’s new menu draws on Myanmar’s tea-shop culture, where meals are shaped by migration, South Indian culinary influence and tradition. After multiple trips to Myanmar to learn traditional techniques, the team brings the menu to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Hyderabad.
