A Royal Caribbean cruise ship headed to New Jersey was delayed after two passengers — including a 7-year-old child — were rushed off in critical condition in the Bahamas Friday. The Oasis of the Seas is now expected at Cape Liberty in Bayonne around 2 p.m. Sunday.
