That’s Barbosa’s fifth consecutive first round knockout, which tells us that the Brazilian fighter may just be someone to keep a close eye on. “Ticoto” came into UFC off a violent Contender Series win back in Aug. 2025, and here’s to hoping he returns to the cage sooner rather than later considering how fast this fight was. Perhaps a $100,000 performance bonus inbound? As for Buzukja, he dropped to 12-6 and 1-4 in UFC. After getting two chances on Contender Series to get into UFC, his time in the big leagues may be up.
